Part 2 of my ‘just thinking about it’ list of things to try if/when/perhaps travel is possible again. This time, it’s America’s hat – Canada!
In Vancouver I’d be interested in giving a go;
Coffee, Salmon & Bannock Bistro (serving Indigenous foods!), Medina Cafe’s Waffles (if they’re still there), puffcream, fried chicken french toast (!!!), and a nice walk around to explore.
In Montreal, I’d be diving into;
Poutine (of course!), kouign amann, bagels, Schnitzel sandwich, coffee, hot dogs, Le Uptown Congolese, and whatever else looks interesting!
Misc.
Tim Hortons, novelty maple syrup-flavoured stuff, and all the beautiful natural reserves that make Canada famous!
